I joined ZenniOptical as their first Executive Manager. As the Head of Marketing & eCommerce, I spearheaded a comprehensive digital strategy that drove significant growth through SEO, paid media, email automation, and conversion optimization, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the online eyewear market.

In my 4 years with the company we successfully scaled eCommerce revenue from $20M to over $200M. 

Managed Multi-Million Dollar Ad Campaigns: Led advertising efforts across multiple channels like (e.g. paid search, social, influencer, affiliate, online display ads, online video/CTV, email, SMS, etc.) and traditional channels (ex: TV, billboards, magazines, direct mail, radio, etc.)

6:1 Return on Marketing Investment: Maintained an impressive 6:1 return on marketing costs, ensuring cost-effective growth.

Dominating the Search Engines: Implemented a high-impact SEO strategy, resulting in an significant boost in organic traffic, leading the search rankings in our industry.

Built an Email Marketing Marketing Revenue Machine: Over 4 years we grew the email subscriber base from 450,000 to over 4.5 million. Designed and launched a customer journey-driven email marketing strategy, increasing email-driven revenue by millions and significantly enhancing customer retention.
